Prepared by Karen Rivers and intended as a companion to the Morning Meditation in Eurythmy by Robert Powell, also found in his book Cultivating Inner Radiance. This meditation came through extended work with the meditation, in answer to the question that arose “Is a path to deepen the living spirit of Sophia within one’s heart also possible through these eurythmy gestures?” This meditation arose in response to this question.
